We are a small company whos primary focus is building custom database systems with FileMaker Pro Advance. ( Please visit www.filemaker.com to learn more ) These custom database systems that we build can be used in many different ways for many different users. This means, no matter the size or content we will build you a database system that fits your need to keep track of your data. Furthermore, these systems are relational databases, so finding / editing / viewing data becoming even easier.

What is a database system? How will it useful and beneficial?
These are the type of questions you may have thought about at one point in time. Actually, you probably use a database system everyday and you don’t even know it. One example is your contacts in your mobile phone book. For every record / entry, you have fields like ( name, phone, address, etc... ) and most-likely your phone book is sorted by [ name ] which also has a search function. This is a very simple type of database system. This can be expanded on, for example ( adding more fields, being able to search any of those fields, then being able to relate those records with categories, etc... ). This will become very useful when you have over thousands of records and you are searching for certain one. Overall this you will save you time, and time is money.

Since every systems is customized to a different solution, we always offer ideas for the best solution. We suggest and follow the principle of KISS ( keep it simple, solution ). This will lower the total cost and will speed up usability. Editing and searching through data can be difficult task however, if a system is simple and easy to use you will find yourself with extra time for completing other tasks. So we always make it a priority to keep the database system as simple as possible with great functionality.

When developing a database system it is very important to understand the main purpose in how the system will be useful and beneficial. Once we understand what you want and need we can construct an outline which will give you estimation on the price. From there, we can continue to go back and forth to customize the system for the best solution.
